Ian "The Old Man" (Mac, Ian, Dad): The visionary behind Jag Mac Garage, Ian founded the company with the sole purpose of being the best Jaguar shop in the Metroplex.
Russell: Moved to Dallas in '91 and has been an integral part of Ian's (his Dad's) dream, providing unwavering support.
Craig: With over 30 years of experience at the Jaguar Dealership, Craig is our Lead Tech and holds numerous awards, including Jaguar Expert and Level 4 JLR Technician. He's a stickler for following the correct procedures to diagnose and repair your car.
Josh: Joined our team in 2001 and quickly became a Jaguar expert. Josh is a proud father of five and has a deep passion for Jaguars.
Chico: An indispensable member since 2005, Chico is an absolute master at meticulously reassembling your complicated engine. He's a devoted father of two girls.
Sarah: Our friendly receptionist who joined us in 2020, ensuring you receive a warm welcome when you visit our garage.
